Quality Control

At Tianz Biscuit Co., Ltd., quality control is integrated throughout the manufacturing process to support consistent products, reliable supply, and clear communication with international buyers. Our quality approach is designed for a broad range of biscuit and cookie products, including biscuits without filling, breakfast biscuits, cream and jam sandwich biscuits, malt sandwich biscuits, macaron sandwich cookies, soda biscuits, and other products developed according to customer requirements.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Raw materials and packaging components are reviewed before they enter production. Inspection activities are carried out according to internal inspection standards and applicable product specifications, with attention to material condition, identification, packaging integrity, and required documentation.

• Visual condition and cleanliness of incoming materials
• Product identification, specifications, and batch information
• Ingredient and packaging material conformity
• Storage condition and protection from contamination or damage

Materials that do not meet the defined requirements are identified and handled through the appropriate internal review process before use.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Production controls are applied at key stages to help maintain consistency in dough preparation, forming, baking, cooling, filling, sandwiching, and product handling. Inspection frequency and control points may vary according to the product type, recipe, packaging format, and customer specifications.

• Ingredient weighing and formula control
• Dough consistency, forming condition, and product appearance
• Baking parameters and product color
• Filling distribution and sandwich alignment
• Texture, breakage control, and handling conditions

For products such as cream sandwich biscuits, jam sandwich biscuits, malt sandwich biscuits, and macaron sandwich cookies, particular attention is given to filling application, product structure, appearance, and overall consistency.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Finished products are inspected before release in accordance with product specifications and internal quality requirements. The inspection process may include sampling checks for appearance, flavor, texture, dimensions, weight, filling condition, and packaging presentation, depending on the product and order requirements.

Quality points may include uniform shape, acceptable color, clean edges, suitable crispness or texture, stable filling, and the absence of visible defects. For soda biscuits and breakfast biscuits, product structure, surface condition, and eating characteristics are reviewed as appropriate to the agreed specification.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is checked to help protect product quality during storage and transportation. Before shipment, our team reviews the packaging condition, product information, labeling details, carton identification, and order requirements to support accurate delivery to international customers.

• Sealing condition and package integrity
• Product name, specification, batch information, and required markings
• Quantity, carton configuration, and pallet or loading arrangement
• Outer carton condition and protection during handling
• Consistency between shipping documents and packed goods

Pre-shipment checks are completed according to the agreed order details and customer-specific requirements, where applicable.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Quality feedback from customers, production teams, and inspection activities is treated as an important input for improvement. When an issue is identified, Tianz Biscuit Co., Ltd. reviews the relevant materials, process conditions, inspection records, and handling steps to support corrective action and prevent recurrence.

Our continuous improvement approach focuses on strengthening process control, improving product consistency, clarifying inspection requirements, and enhancing communication across production, quality, packaging, and export operations. All quality activities remain subject to product specifications, customer requirements, and applicable industry-aligned practices.
